谁对CE认证标志的正确性负责?

制造商或其代理商，或欧盟成员国的进口商必须对CE认证标志的正确性负责。CE认证标志的接受对象是谁?

CE认证标志的接受对象为欧共体成员国负责实行市场产品安全控制的国家监管当局，而非顾客，当一个产品已加附CE认证标志时，成员国负责销售安全监督的当局应假定其符合指令主要要求，可在欧共体市场自由流通。

什么是CE标志

近年来，在欧洲经济区(欧洲联盟、欧洲自由贸易协会成员国，瑞士除外)市场上销售的商品中，CE标志的使用越来越多，加贴CE标志的商品表示其符合安全、卫生、环保和消费者保护等一系列欧洲指令所要表达的要求。

谁授予CE认证标志?

企业在获得欧盟官方机构(公告号机构)颁发的带有公告号的CE证书后，即可加贴CE标志。
